Manager - Tula's Cafe
Job Responsibilities Include:
-Provide Excellent Customer Service
-Coaching and Leading Staff
-Creating Weekly Schedules
-Coordinating Preparations and Serving of Menu Items
-Address Customer Complaints, Concerns, and Needs Promptly
-Reviewing all Invoices and Conducting Appropriate Inventories of Supplies and Products
-Operating Various Pieces of Kitchen Equipment (Ex. Ovens, Fryers, Etc.)
-Follow all Sanitation and Food Safety Standards
-Performing Cooking Duties as Needed
-Maintaining Harmony Among Associates and Resolve Conflicts
