Current Positions Available
Director - Deli Department Operations
Job Responsibilities:
-Provide Excellent Customer Service
-Lead, Coach, and Train Deli Department Merchants and Staff in Order to Achieve Goals and Objectives
-Negotiate Department Purchases with Vendor Partners
-Determine Merchandising Tactics
-Ensure that all Sanitation and Food Safety Standards are Being Followed
-Attend Ad Committee Meetings and Senior Leadership Meetings as Required
-Traveling to Various Locations
-Maintain Freshness and Quality throughout Deli Departments
*One position company-wide with home location flexible.
